I tried ordering twice, but the shades I wanted were sold out both times. I kept checking back, but after a while I just gave up.

I ordered these lashes from ardellshop.com they looked nice when I first got them. But after just one use, the band started coming apart, and I was careful with them. For what I paid, I expected them to last more than a single wear. My final take: not worth it for me, and I wouldn’t buy them again.

The lashes were fine and looked okay, but for the price, I expected a bit more. They’re not terrible by any means, but common sense says they should either be better quality or cost less for what you’re actually getting.

As someone who’s picky about my lashes and likes to switch up my look, I was expecting way more styles to choose from. The selection felt really limited, and a lot of them looked kind of the same to me. I couldn’t find the vibe I was going for, so it was disappointing.

I ordered lashes from ardellshop.com, the adhesive was not it. I’m not super high-maintenance, but I do expect lash glue to at least hold long enough for me to leave the house. This one got tacky in a weird way and the corners started lifting almost immediately.
I gave it another try with a thinner layer, thinking maybe I used too much the first time, but it was the same issue. The hold felt weak, it got messy fast, and somehow it was still annoying to remove after barely staying on. Definitely not up to the standard I’d expect.

I’m not sure if I just got a bad one or if I was expecting it to hold up better, but it started falling apart quickly. I didn’t use it heavily or anything, so I was kind of disappointed with the quality.

I ordered lashes and somehow ended up with the wrong ones, plus one item was missing completely. Super fun surprise, obviously. I tried reaching out to support, but they took so long to get back to me that I finally just gave up. Not exactly the experience I was hoping for.

I was annoyed when I opened this. The box was crushed, and my lashes were bent inside because there was basically no padding at all. It looked like the package had been tossed around a bunch before it got to me

I was disappointed with the customer service. I messaged them about my order and waited days without getting a real reply, when they finally did answer, it wasn’t helpful at all. It just felt like nobody was really paying attention. I don’t think I’d order again if it’s this hard to get help.

Well... I wasn’t really happy with my order. The website was kind of confusing to use, the shipping took longer than I expected, and when I reached out for help, it didn’t feel all that useful. I expected a smoother experience, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

I don’t want to be unfair because maybe they work better for someone with more practice, but I couldn’t get these lashes to stick at all. I tried for a bit, got frustrated, and gave up quickly...

I really wanted to like these lashes, but once I put them on, they just looked kind of cheap on me. They were a lot shinier than I expected and had that fake, plastic-y look instead of being soft or natural.
The shape also didn’t sit right on my eyes and made them feel heavy. I wish the instructions were a little clearer too, because I kept wondering if I was applying them wrong, but either way they just weren’t for me

They might be okay for a quick event or a short outing, but I definitely wouldn’t count on them for an all-day wear

I also tried a discount code from their email, and it was basically the same situation. The total would look okay for a minute, then change again at the final step, which made me feel uneasy. After entering payment info, I started really not trusting the checkout total anymore.

Maybe there was some tiny fine print I missed, but it felt misleading and frustrating. I didn’t feel comfortable going through with the order after that. If the deals don’t actually work the way they’re shown, it’s just not worth the hassle.

So... I ordered from ardellshop.com thinking it was the legit site, but when the lashes arrived, something just felt off. The packaging looked a little different from the ones I usually grab in stores, and the lashes themselves didn’t seem like the same quality either.

Maybe I just happened to get a bad batch, but it made me question whether they were actually authentic. I don’t really feel comfortable ordering from there again since I’m not sure what I’d be getting.
